One of the few spots in Portland to score XLB (soup dumplings)! Their mapo tofu with pork belly is so damn good, bubbling hot, full frontal chili flavor, a perfect rainy day or winter dish.
Decent place if you are into Americanized Chinese food. Unfortunately I am not into Americanized Chinese food.

this is the only dim sum joint i've found in portland that consistently approaches the quality of good NYC/SF/LA dim sum. i'm also obsessed with their crab e-fu noodles and snow pea shoots with garlic
