The BEST sushi in Portland. The size is impressive, and the quality is phenomenal. Even as leftovers, it's still the best sushi I have ever had.

It's a small place with a small staff so it can take a while to get seated, but the food is worth the wait. The poki, spicy Thai, and spicy tuna rolls were excellent. The yakisoba was good as well.
While it is enticing to see all the wonderful signature rolls, don’t be afraid to try the specials. The Japanese Uni and Toro were amongst the best I have had 😋

The venerable Hashimoto is one of Portland's best, albeit unsung, sushi chefs.
We like Sho! It has a great menu and offers good prices. Plus you can watch sumo wrestling!
