A large beautiful park that is great on sunny days. It's great for sports, picnics, or just laying on the large lawns. There are trails that can be jogged, but beware of a lack of water fountains.
Great place for a walk or run. Amazing view of Prague and a lot of places to sit and have a picnic. Beer Garden is open from April till October, must visit!

A very popular park, but it's so huge that you don't have to worry you wouldn't have enough privacy for your picnic.

This is my favorite place in Prague, especially the cemetary near the basilica. The park itself and the view of the river are also great. Bring something to eat and have a picnic.

Great beer garden with three price/service levels depending on your mood. Most people go for beer in a plastic cup and a seat at a picnic table. But there is also a pizza place and a nice restaurant.

Truly charming, romantic and soothing. Best way to start your visit, is to go down the stairs off the Charles Bridge on the side close to Mala Strana. You MUST rent a paddle boat on the Vltava river
Kampa is an island in the Vltava river in central Prague on the side of Malá Strana. Charles Bridge crosses its northern tip and is connected to the island by the street Ulice na Kampě.

Absolutely gorgeous big park with tons of greeneries, a bunch of benches, playgrounds and the most stunning views of Prague. The hike up to Petřín hill could be tiring but picturesque from all corners
The biggest park in Prague from Smíchov to the castle. Be amazed by the view, the fresh air, the cute lake, the sky observatory, the lookout tower, the rocks and roses. Bring a book and a beer ;)

Newly (Summer 2013) revitalized park with total project cost of CZK 117 million! The reconstruction includes 320 new benches and 60 trash bins and perfectly shows waste of public funds.
Discovered this place by accident, just 15 min walk from my house-shame on me , I know. But it is awesome!!
