Nicolle Vee Loayza: Has amazing desserts, empanadas, and great sandwiches. They're mainly Uruguayan/Argentinian, but they carry some decent Colombian items. Try the alfajores cookies, which are dulce de leche cookies.
Marcelo Fleitas: The milanesa de carne sandwich, chicken empanadas, and churros con dulce de leche are AMAZING and this is coming from a guy who was born in Uruguay and knows his Dulce de Leche ;)
