One of the best bakeries in NYC. Cozy place to sit with friends and family. My iced frappe and cranberry tart was among the best I've had. Excellent cakes to order.
cannolis are my definite go-to and their hot chocolates are decadent (peanut butter is my favorite).

Bareburger is one of the best burger joints for fresh meats of all types. Fries and shakes are amazing! They do not utilize peanut oil which is a plus for the food allergy conscience. @GeorgeSpartan

Great kosher restaurant in Bay Terrace. I prefer the Manhattan location, but this still has the great pastrami sandwiches, matzah ball soup and potato pancakes.

For Astoria this is quote a treat. Well crafted cocktails with some delicious appetizers like their twist on a regular popcorn and old fashioned with mezcal.
Sole with spinach and feta is huge and delicious. Baked anchovies is delicious, but fried anchovies is amazing with beer. Baked is like Bronzino, fried is like French fries. Must get Ekmek for desert!
