siobhan selke: get a martini and try the arugula, radicchio and roasted fennel salad w/ warm goat cheese. excellent food, make a reservation @ opentable.com before heading out, the wait can be a bit long at times. Read more.
Jenna Odett Laskin: Really good seafood. Usually go for crab cakes (not too bready),or shrimp and scallops. Skip chocolate molten cake. Even with a reservation, expect to wait a bit for your table.
Joseph Chin: Dinner with my darling... Great sea food, nice drink and beautiful company.
Gothamist: The main draw is the impeccably fresh food including addictive fried smelts, fennel and orange scented sausages, and authentic sagnaki, which arrives without the usual showy gimmicky flames. Read more.

Matthew Caldecutt: The lunch special gets you an appetizer and entree. I recommend the fried mozzarella and gnocchi, but you'll barely have room for the tiramisu, which is homemade and excellent
William H: Really great Italian place if you happen to find yourself in the neighborhood.
Juan (John) Tubert: The lunch special on Sundays is affordable ($15.95) and has great choices

Sharon McNulty: Great addition to neighborhood for food, wine, atmosphere and service. Check it out!
Sal: Might seem odd, but I preferred the Filet Mignon sliders over the rest of the entrées we had ordered. Nice decor/vibe of the restaurant, but food didn't meet the expectations.
Jenny L.: Extensive cocktail, wine, and beer list. Tasty mussels and freshly baked warm bread.

Brian Taylor: Great bar, and the neighborhood's best shucked oysters.
@AstoriaHaiku: The people that complain about pricing are precisely the people I'm trying to avoid when I go out once or twice a month. Atmosphere is wonderful, food was delicious, staff was attentive & friendly, A+
John Elezovic: Amazing oysters, wine and cocktails. Don't like any of those? Get away from me.

Eric Gerdes: The crab shrimps and all salads are to die for. His specials will keep you coming every week. Viko, the chef if one of the best.
Jose Castillo: Cash only !!! With that out the way , the menu changes all the time so what you eat today may not be here in two months. Either way everything is delicious. They have live music on the weekends.
Czarinna Andres: Chef Viko is the best! Steak specials are always good and don't forget to try their dessert cakes, yum!
