Eater: M. Wells serves things like BBQ mussels on a stick and foie gras-stuffed gnocchi. The fish come from a tank in the kitchen, and the desserts come from a trolley that's wheeled through the dining room.
JD: Yes, it's a "steakhouse", but focus on sides like foie gras gnocchi, three types of "pommes" and French onion soup with a bone in it.
