This place is always very crowded, but it's probably for a good reason. It's nice how you can get a free sample of some of the products to see if it works for you before you purchase it.

Smells great, great customer service, and you can get samples of a lot of the stuff. So if you see something your not sure about buying just ask for samples.

Excellent sushi bar and service! I come here often to buy sushi and meat. Some products are a little bit pricey though, better to check nearby alternatives for weekly grocery shopping.

Weekdays are much less busy. The take-out pizza is really good, and you can buy it when you check out, and just show the cooks your receipt!
Love that you can purchase in bulk - it helps with my business...and their rotisserie chicken is the best I've ever tasted!!
Stop by the cafe area! The pretzels are great for a buck. The pizzas are also pretty good considering the size and price.

All I have to say is smokehouse sandwich on wheat, tomato and zucchini soup, black eyed pea & collard green soup, vegetable lasagna, breakfast hot bar, organic goodies, and friendly workers!

Cool little place. Sea Salt chocolate is really good. In fact, the chocolate period is quality stuff. Happy to see something like this in Raleigh! Check it out!
The chocolate is excellent, but $8 a bar is very steep.
The dark milk chocolate is AMAZING. Sure, it's about $0.50 per bite, but this stuff lasts for awhile.
They are the only place in Raleigh that comes even close to having authentic king cakes. And their sushi is pretty good too!
