Wowza! For an entirely vegetarian, and sometimes vegan menu, this place is unbelievably good. Their cashew cheese would make me okay with never eating dairy cheese again.
Chicken and Waffles were fantastic. Root chips are great with the pesto. Also the side portions are huge for fritters, no need to order the app.

They have a bread that they only make on Mondays. It is a low carb, super high protein bread. It has tons of seeds and nuts and is so satisfying!

Dairy-free flavors are available--4 when we visited. Some do have artificial colors, though. Orange, Mango and Strawberry lemonade are dye-free.

My absolute favorite restaurant in Raleigh! Get the shredded beef on whatever you get if you have the option. The chile relleno is UNBELIEVABLE! The regular flan w/xtra nuts on it is a perfect finish!

So good. They don’t take reservations, so get there early. Menu is on a chalkboard, which is very cool as the chef will make whatever is seasonal!

I love the cashew chicken. Call ahead ready in 10 minutes. The people there are super nice. The parking is terrible especially at lunch, but the food is worth the hassle.
