Elaborately designed, urban shabby chic caffè. Their hot chocolate is amazing! However paying €8 for a slice of cake is a bit too much. Probably the only place around San Lorenzo with free wi-fi!

La Romana may be more commercial than other gelaterie in Rome, but their creamy flavours are great, the service is lovely and you get warm chocolate in the bottom of your cone. My favourite gelateria.

A real Italian cafeteria with the cutest shop inside! Hot chocolate is incredibly delicious. In the morning you can get very tasty fresh croissants! Cool sandwiches - all day (warm them up🤌)
Very good coffee - try the famous espresso with chocolate. Venue looks nicely old and traditional. Great Italian experience for a quick coffee.
It's a very small coffee shop not to far from the Vatican but in my humble opinion they might just make the best espresso in Rome or the world.
