try the lion king roll..it's like california roll with salmon & a creamy sauce on top..then baked:)good sushis & really friendly staff
Despite its name, you need not worry if there are any hooks in your sushi.

Tower is known for it's awesome brunches on the weekends. Also whenever I go later in the day I get the Tiramisu for dessert. It's the best!
