As mentioned in another tip, the softer bread makes all the difference compared to a nearby Vietnamese sandwich spot. Less chance cutting the corners of your mouth or suffering if you've chapped lips.
The bread being soft makes the sandwich better than huong lan's hard bread
I don't know how authentic the food is, and it is a bit on the expensive side, but it was open when we wanted sushi, and was very tasty.
Sit at the sushi bar and ask the chef for suggestions. Hot saki on a chilly day is always a must.

Their ramen is amazing! My favorite is the Chicken Ramen. Delicious! Loads of flavor. I would also recommend their IZ roll and any of their double rolls. Friendly and courteous staff!
