Jeremy Dowd: Great local bar. If visiting Minnesota, try our state fish--the walleye sandwich is fresh and affordable. Wash it down with a regional beer.
Maureen Soules: Get any walleye dish; they're all good! Instead of tartar sauce, try the bernaise. It's awesome!
Dawn Johanson: This a nice rustic restaurant. The Walleye Dinner is a amazing!! Fresh and flakey!! I would highly recommend this place!!

GP: Sit outside on nice days. Very hot inside. Walleye and cheese curds are good.
Matias Tømmerdal: If you like fried fish, then this is your place. In fact, pretty much everything on the menu is fried. Even the walleye, a decent fish that doesn't need to hide behind grease and breading, is fried.
Harry Anthony: Walley is delicious.
Javen Swanson: Besides the cheese curds, check out the Lamb Shoppe, Sausage Sister & Me, Walleye on a Stick, and Wild Rice Specialties.
Heavy Table: 2009: Just outside of here, the Fried Green Tomatoes are great. Mix ranch and Tabasco while you wait for them to cool. They're tart, yielding and crunchy.
Heavy Table: 2012: Get the Great Balls of Fire at Sausage Sister & Me. These gorgeously charred, richly flavored spicy sausage meatballs are best paired with the accompanying cooling cucumber sauce. Read more.

Ui: Chicken wings and tiki drinks are fantastic!
Eric Breece: Well, it’s hard to go wrong at the Lex. The rooftop bar is great and the (on tap) Moscow Mules are well worth it.
Nancy McIntire: Three of us had a steak - each differently, but perfectly done. Cocktails-Sconnie Style was our favorite, but all good. A splurge, but we will definitely go again soon.
