IMO Local Coffee serves the best espresso drinks in town. everything is French press-brewed with the finest beans. Favorite of mine is a traditional latté.

The Best Cinniman Dolce Lattes. If you go there often enough.... They take the time to remember your name.
An iced, no water americano with milk or cream, & ice added last is an iced latte. $4 less than a latte, you can control fat/carb/calorie content by specifying the amount of milk and flavour you want.
