Excellent sweet potato mini pies While the shrimp po boy was not exactly traditional, it was definitely delicious. Love the seafood sauce that comes on it. :)

It's the oldest park in San Antonio & 2nd-oldest park in the U.S. The popular natural spring-fed pool is open throughout the summer. It also has paved hills—great for bike riding—and lots of shade!

Some of the most overlooked parking spots are very close to the front entrance. These spots used to be marked as handicapped but are now regular parking.
This park is huge and there are a lot of trails either on the track or man made. There is a ton of space and if you are a Geocacher this is a great place to do so.
With a dog park, two playgrounds, and enough trails to keep even the marathoner happy there's something for the whole family
