Chips are way too thick. Salsa & enchiladas just ok. Tacos seem to be the best option. Love the Bang Pina Colada and Orange drinks, but this place seems a bit overhyped.

The Mole is superb. My go-to dish is Carne a lá Tampiqueña. Plus ALL the Enchiladas are excellent.
