It's all in the details (rainbow under lighting at the sushi bar, white quilted menus, etc). Diverse sashimi choices. Vertigo roll is amazing. Most specialty rolls have tempura though.

My favorite beerery in Mission Valley. Has got the best IPA in San Diego; Alpine Brewery's Pure Hoppiness is so rare and delicious (malty undertones cut by bitter sharp hops), it's worth stopping by!

I love the atmosphere. Makes you feel like you're in the 1920s. What's better is that the food is amazing! New York Steak medium rare and the French onion soup!!
The food is okay but the old school atmosphere is better at the bar. Love the red leather seats and celebrity photos.
The ribeye was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The garlic mash potatoes are gummy, not worth the calories. The BBQ shrimp and fried zucchini appetizers are good.
Everything I ordered was perfect! Filet Romano and escarole, and one of the best tiramisu ever! Larry was very gracious and joined me for a quick talk. And the music, old school Yes, please!
