Bronx bills itself as authentic NY style pizza but the only thing authentically NY is their "holier than thou I'm doing you a favor" attitude. Stick with Landinis in Little Italy for TRULY GREAT pie

The new york style pizza is amazing! My "go to" spot for lunch. The new facility is beautiful. To kick it up a notch, enjoy some of the best craft (mostly local) beers on tap.
This place does Chicago and NY pizza surprisingly well, this combined and an amazing selection of draught beer makes this a great spot.

Besides the mushroom sausage and BBQ chicken, try the simple tomato basil garlic pizza, it's very delicious, all of them are pretty good.
This used to be a Pizzeria Luigi's until it got bought out by one of the co-owners. The pizza is very similar as Luigi's ... in that neither is as good as Bronx in terms of NY pizza.
Large back patio with a decent view beats the indoor seating anytime the sun is out. Which is...nearly all the time. Thin, NY styled pizza here.

Ciro's may be a good slice for those who don't know what good pizza is, but those who know genesis, Neapolitan pizza, found in Wooster St and Wood fired NY pizza know this is a mediocre substitute.
I had a great experience here for their happy hour. I left here and started doing Berkley for their deep dish, but I like the new renovated place. Good new atmosphere, good beer. Try the beaver beer.
