Slow service and somewhat rude. Even if you call ahead they make you wait. It's consistently mediocre but I keep coming because it's in the hood and open til 8.

Get there early and relax in the lounge with some complimentary tea & fresh fruit then unwind in the steam room (robe & slippers provided).
They cater to man stuff like chest and back waxing. A couple of bonuses: All new clients automatically get 15 percent off and every Sunday from 11 to 1 they hand out free mimosas with every treatment.
Winnie gave me the fastest & best gel manicure I've ever had. Prices are fair ($30 for a gel mani, $24 for a spa pedi, then $3 off for any mani-pedi combo.) Will definitely be back here again!

They do really good mani/pedis for a reasonable price, however, they only accept cash or checks (yes, checks lol) so come prepared!

👎🏽👎🏽Wanted a massage at 5:00pm and was told they were booked until 7:30pm. So I made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early only to wait 45 minutes because they didnt have a female therapist.
Super cool vibe and people. They have the most amenities I've seen from all hostels. Sauna, massage chair, pool table, internet cafe and breakfast
The best place to stay! Close to everything and very nice people. They have things to do everyday. Great place to meet people! Stay here, you won't regret it!

Good for a quick Mani/pedi - this place is like a factory! I'll stick to my other places for gel manicures or relaxing quality pedicures, but this place is okay in a pinch.

Hotel is very nice and in the heart of the bay area... shared bathrooms are always very clean and you'll always find a shower in the morning!
There is an antique charm in each rooms. The location is beautiful and the shared bathrooms are really clean. Do not hesitate from staying here if you do think of your wallet.
