Isabelle Ambler: Pressed brown rice and a savory filling wrapped up in seaweed. Pronounced oh-knee-ghee-lee. Another diner (advised by his co-workers at a Japanese TV station) swore by the mentaiko.
Maggie Sheldon: I like getting 3 onigiris -- the shrimp tempura, chicken teriyaki and the carrot and seaweed. Good food, relatively cheap. They have a lemonade tea that's super tasty, too!

Alexander Kouznetsov: Great combination: miso soup, citrus salmon roll and castro roll.

Billy Jacobson: I went on Wednesday at 6:30 and it was pretty busy, by 8 there was a huge line. I got edamame, a seaweed salad and mackerel to start which were all good, but the best part was the jumping tuna roll.
Marcela Sapone: It's always good - get the sushi specials and skip the rolls. Oysters are insane here (like Maison premiere in NYC). Their miso and seaweed set the bar- go for the esoteric over sake and tuna
