Alexander Khadiwala: Amazing selection of single malt scotches. Half pours so you can try plenty of stuff. And knowledgeable bartenders to make good recommendations. This spot is one of my new favorites.
Duck E: Try the Glenfiddich: Cask of Dreams. It has a interesting background to the cask and is a one of a kind.

Darren Quinn: Fantastic collection of excellent and lesser known spirits and liqueurs ranging from affordable to expensive. If you're in to single malts or bourbon/rye whiskeys, this place should be on your list.
Kazuko Golden: Get the FAIR. Vodka - it is made from Fair Trade quinoa from Bolivia (about $35)

Sujatha Krishnan-Barman: Lively and lovely. Ask the bartenders for recommendations, they're pros. And if you like whiskey, get the Laphroaig project.
Brian Van Horn: Total yuppie bar. They make awesome cocktails, but it's really aimed at the Google bus crowd. Okay over all. 4 Japanese single malts, which is pretty decent.
