Great gourmet food made in house. Always busy during office lunch hours due to the close proximity of UCSF. Johnny (owner) is down to earth, caring, and potentially will play a song on his keyboard.
Some of the best sandwiches have been from this funny, little corner store. There's wi-fi, and say hey to David. He's great!
I had a great meal here that now that am back in Miami I still crave. The fried calamari, clam chowder and the half crab and shrimp salad on sourdough bread. with a cold corona beer. Wish I was there.

This is a nice neighborhood pizza place -- family owned and operated. They have always been friendly and inviting when I've stopped in.
Gluten free pizza available.
Fantastic pizzas (ask for thin crust) and Anchor Steam on tap. The salads are actually good value, too.
Mondays offer diners Neighborhood Night from 4pm to 10pm. The delicious all-you-can-eat pizza and salad is slated at an affordable price: $10.95 for adults and $5.95 for children ages 6 to 12. Read more.

The Grand Club Room that is newly renovated was amazing and I had a perfect view of the city for my stay! I can imagine the Bay view which I will be having for my next stay!

Great place to people watch from the second floor windows. SO many ciders to choose from. The Stuffed Potato Soufflé was incredibly filling!
