Octopus appetizer is fantastic. We didn't care for the paella negra, too one dimensional. The Paella for one was more than enough for two adults, fwiw.

The restaurant on the second floor offers a complimentary "Blue Sunset" drink during happy hour for hotel guests, but it's very sugary and quite possibly non-alcoholic.

Everything is amazing! Personally catered by the executive chef, he treats you like family. The soup, the duck, the black truffles... all of them a unique experience to remember.
Breakfast service is very slow. Waited 30 minutes to have our order taken. Should have another wait staff scheduled. Prices are high.
