Awesome gem! This ended up being one of our favorite meals in Puerto Rico! There are no menus. Just get the lunch special. I got the chicken breast with yellow rice and sweet plantains. It was...wow!
Note that Fatty's has moved to a larger space at the corner of Calle Luna and Callejon Tanca. Same great food.
App: the Crab cakes!! Fettuccine with sun dried tomatoes,great and also the Miso Salmon is nice and sweet on a bed of mashed potatoes. Now if you wanna go big Mac & Cheese Burger all the way!!! Boom!

The tip is if you're in San Juan and don't dine here you've missed out. Get the tasting menu and wine flight (great for vegetarians too as they have substantial delicious veg. fair as well)

Service was OK, just a bit slow. I had an egg, cheese and ham sandwich which was delicious! So was my side of fried plantains. Open 24hrs, serves breakfast at all times and has a fairly varied menu.
the rabbit dumplings are delicious, tuna and salmon tartare too. the dry aged meat and vegetables out of this world, and don’t forget the side dishes rissotto and mac and cheese. love it
