Try the chicken with cilantro empanada. Amazing! And their coffee is great. The staff is so friendly they even bothered to make me a latte frappe from scratch vs using pre mixed ingredients.

Best late night dining in the south bay. Huge menu, including extensive vegetarian selections. The crunchy pan-fried noodles with veggies and tofu is delish, and so is the tocilog rice plate.
Ice cold water w/ a bowl of lime, an order of spring rolls & an extra large bowl of pho will definitely put you in a food coma :)
