There was brisket in the mac & cheese, enough said. The brisket was awesome, pull pork was great and the place was packed. Definitely a must visit BBQ joint in San Jose.
Try the miso ramen All the ramen is tonkotsu (milky pork) based, then flavors are on top!

The grill here is awesome. It's fueled by wood charcoal and adds amazing flavor to anything cooked on it. It also helps that they cook everything perfectly! Korean BBQ and Pork belly are the best :-)

I tried the firecracker pork and loved it! I ordered delivery through Caviar. The food was hot and fresh, the toasted rice was delicious, and make sure to try to potato banchan!
I like the BBQ pork or chicken on salad. With the spinach, beans and kimchi is a healthy, satisfying Paleo meal.

Bun Bo Hue is pretty tasty. Flavours are complex, although some say the lemon grass is a little over powering. The oxtail is cooked perfectly. Banh Beo- so delightful with the pork crackling! Yes!

Pork cheeks, Hawaiian steak, miso pork belly. When you have a bunch of items at once, cook the pork items first before the marinated beef. The latter leaves burnt residue on the grill.

Red wine pork stomach was amazing, didn't eat a single thing that wasn't good, I split 12 different entrees so make sure you go hungry so that you can try everything.
