Popeye in para para Paradise! It's the Popeye with a "tropical" twist. ;) Still has all the greens with the ginger and lime, but it's made with pineapple juice and coconut milk instead of apple juice.
Diego's Power Bowl is bomb! Acaì with banana, hemp seeds, granola + optional honey. I used to come here like crazy when I lived in SB!

Batatas were amazing. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Sit outside on the patio. Each table has its own fire pit and if you're still nippy, they have a great selection of teas (unlimited).

Biscuit with tomato gravy (I skipped the egg) was delicious and filling. Nice depth of flavor in the gravy and great biscuit taste!

The feijoada is great for two but they charge you for extra rice to put it on. They give you a lot but the extra charge on rice seems a little silly considering you are buying their signature dish.

A perfect little bakery tucked a way on lower state. I love the being able to buy "real" bread hear. I also adore their tarts and desserts. Try the peach tart with Marzipan.
That is called the Eggs Rose. I saw Iron Chef Kat Cora mention it on the show "The Best Thing I Ever Ate", so had to try it!

Amazing! I loved the waffle and their scones were so light and fluffy too! The restaurant is adorable with open windows downtown. No wait on Saturday morning at 9:30
