It's a place to be seen but the food is surprisingly good. Very reasonably priced wine list kind of makes up for the long wait. Good pasta, large portions, and kind service.

173a is my favorite...Kung Pao Chicken but not spiced so you will have to ask for spices on the side. Service was attentive and very friendly. Best I have had in SP by far!
