Everything here is completely vegan! Their breakfast tacos are amazing! My husband loves their flatbread. I've tried it all and nothing disappoints

Excellent selection for vegan food. They have a hearty lentil burger, served with a side of leafy greens. I also tried the quesadilla with vegan mozzarella, eggplant, tofu, red pepper, and mushroom.
Plenty of great vegan options and specials - the vegan chorizo walnut taco was primo! The vegan tater tot nachos were also good - enjoy!!

Their falafel is amazing.. Try it as a falafel sub. Not on the menu, but great as a vegetarian option!! Also, the salmon salad is to die for!

Kitchen sink salad! You can get it with Balsamic dressing for a vegan meal.... Delish!
They can do several of the panini sandwiches and salads vegan, and the Thai tomato soup is vegan. Enjoy!

The veggie tasting menu was inventive and so refreshing. All the food was prepared perfectly- orange blossom corn muffins, pea polenta and the veggie chili are not to be missed!

Try the Bay Street Scramble for breakfast/brunch, it's got a little bit of everything: cheese, bacon, fresh veggies and eggs of course.

Very very good. The biscuit is crumbly and the bacon was great too. Service was fantastic.
