My favorite restaurant in Seattle! Sit at the bar and watch them cook (you can't make a reservation at the bar so you may have to wait). Get the Iberica and the beets. Expensive, but worth it!

Continuing the Asianpart of the tour in a city with such a large Japanese population, it's time to try some of the best sushi in the city. This is a pricey one, but the Omakase at Shiro's is fantastic
