Collections Cafe is a unexpected hidden gem in Seattle Center. Beautifully executed small plates. Order a 'collection' of small plate dishes reasonably priced. Include the octopus, cheese curds.
The lunch menu is an incredible deal. $15 for three courses. The Daily Cookie for dessert is amazing.

Beautiful performance venue/restaurant. Seating is all booths angled toward the stage. Don't worry if you get seats in the back; it's a small place and you'll have a good view.
