if billy's tomatoes are on the menu/in season, they are a no-brainer. raw oysters and steak tartare are year-round standbys.
We had the frites, potato chips, albacore crudo, heirloom tomatoes & cucumbers, risotto, halibut, Waygu ribeye... Everything was amazing! Flavored were well developed, fresh, delicious!
The bread pudding is an amazing dessert. A must order. Scallop ceviche is a delicious appetizer as well
