Midnight blue; It's not too sweet or too bitter and it is nicely blended with lemongrass, rose, and lavender. Also, if you get the chance to meet Taylor (part of the staff) he suggests the best teas.
London rose iced tea is amazing. Earl grey with lemonade and rosemary syrup is super tasty. It is sweet but very refreshing after walking around all day.

This ice cream is excellent! You can’t tell that it’s dairy/creme free. The texture is perfect and their cones are unlike any other! I recommend tahini chocolate and strawberry rose!
Perhaps the best vegan ice cream of all time. So creamy, so perfect. I actually think it tastes better than dairy ice cream. Salted caramel ash is delicious—but try a seasonal flavor, too!

Great experience at the bar. 110-page wine list, inc rosé flight option. Awesome shrimp and grits. Crab roll a little celery-heavy. Brioche dessert a MUST.

Oysters are great, the cooked ones even better, I tried the Geoduck and didn’t liked it, but it's a different thing, give it a try.
