Rated one of the best pizza places in Seattle. Both sweet fennel sausage, roasted peppers, provolone & buffalo mozzarella, red sauce, fresh basil pizza. Make sure you get a Mexican Coke with your pie!
Wonderful food. The sweet fennel sausage pie was amazing. The Orange blossom panna cotta was just right. The waitress was very nice and answered my children's questions with skipping a beat.

Pork sausage was amazing; pancakes were light, fluffy and tasty with syrup and clotted cream; garlic smashed fried potatoes were delightful. Lola succeeds at the little details.

What wasn't good? There were a couple places closer to the hotel but I'm so glad we ended up here! They were super accommodating for gluten free. The sausage and house made jam are excellent.

I think their spicy rice cakes with chorizo and seaweed risotto are 2 of the best dishes I've had in Seattle. Those are great examples of fusion done right.

Best known for sausage, Shultzy's has 3 different types of veggie burgers (VegiMax, Boca, or Black Bean) with different toppings. The spicy Chimichurri VegiMax goes great with a pilsner or Kostritzer.
The Chorizo Scramble is particularly delicious, and the waitresses are cute. Come early (especially on weekends), the place is small and popular.

Ordered the Texas Trinity; brisket, ribs and sausage. The smoke flavor was very good, not overpowering. The brisket & ribs was a little fatty, but still quite delicious.OMG the pecan pie is amazing!
Best bbq so far in Seattle. Good brisket, ribs and cheddar jalapeño sausage. Collard greens were good. Mac n cheese was ok. Spicy bbq sauce to round it out. 4/5

Everything is delicious. In the summer, the pizza with padrons is a must! White pie and sausage are excellent. Save room for the homemade desserts.

Steak and chorizo tacos are tasty. Painfully slow service. Can’t recommend. Too slow for workday lunch. Did I mention excruciatingly slow service? 30+ mins for 2 tacos.
I always order the queso fundido con chorizo (instead of chips and guac). It is gloriously delicious.
