If you go in on a day where they have a special dish served with guacamole make sure to get it. The guacamole here is amazing.
Blueberry pancakes worth dying for.
12 tables and a wood-burning oven make it very cozy. The English breakfast was a delicious alternative. The fruit bowl was overflowing with good fresh fruit.

The bar up front reportedly stocks every mezcal available in Washington state. Your best bet is to drink this spirit straight, but there are plenty of mixed drinks on offer as well.

The food ( espresso too) is healthy and delicious. The people are warm and engaging. The restaurant has a fun yet intimate neighborhood feeling. Hi Spot is one of my favorite breakfast spots.

I always order the queso fundido con chorizo (instead of chips and guac). It is gloriously delicious.
Order the ridiculously-good guacamole. Don't worry- "market price" is about the same price as the other appetizers (~$8 when I visited).
The avocado margaritas are amazing. This place has a really good happy hour too!

For veggies have spinach on your quesadilla or a spinach burrito. It's delicious!
Have a wet burrito the size of a baby! And have it for lunch the next 2-3 days.
