Ginger rice is *not* vegetarian. Tofu banh mi is tiny, not offensive, but not so incredible that I'd come running back, especially at $8 a piece, and not even as tasty as Pho Bac down the street.

After learning that our original destination of choice - Loving Hut - closes on Tuesdays, we were literally rescued by this place, its good food, and warm hospitality. Try the teriyaki veggie fish!

Saigon Deli has a long-standing reputation as the best banh mi in Seattle. Even The New York Times consideres it one of the best 13 Vietnamese baguettes in the country. And they're less than $3.

Best vegetarian pho I've had in Seattle,doesn't taste like some flavoring was just thrown into water, they actually make their own broth.Bahn mi (pork) was pretty legit.Rice cake/egg starter is great!
They have the best vietnamese cuisine in town. Make sure you try their raw blood pudding (tiết canh). It is the bomb!
