I love the modern decor throughout the hotel. Also great location right by the mall and easy access to subway station. Definitely have afternoon tea, amazing service and friendly staff!

I love this hotel. Obviously since it is 5 star hotel, it is not for all budgets but the rooms are wonderful, the hospitality and courtesy are impeccable and the best thing is the breakfast buffet!

Stayed here for a week and by the time I left I wanted all my bathrooms moving forward to have a pink-lit tub and my bedrooms to have a "mood lighting" ceiling light. Oh, and their breakfast buffet 👌

Beautiful rooms. Wonderful venue and catering for events: especially the Garden Pavilion on lvl5. Love the Blue Bar. Complimentary drinks in lobby bar for room guests at happy hour. Service 5stars.
The tickets are kind of expensive, but for ¥368 you get a lot. buffet Meal in the rotating restaurant, observatory, outdoor glass floor and the history museum.
SECRET: If you buy the ticket that includes the buffet at the revolving restaurant, you get to take the VIP elevator and skip the 1.5 hour line! 👍

Hands down the best brunch in Shanghai. The buffet has a wide variety of foods ranging from Chinese to Japanese to German to French. Free flow prosseco and wine with your meal. It's worth every penny!
Sunday brunch is pricy, but very good. Weekdays after 7:00 is most of the time relatively quiet, so service is exceptional. Food is always very good!

you have a magnifique view on the city, up to the Bund, if you have a room on the good side. and high enough.
Room is clean and nice. Shampoos and teas are good quality. Great bathtub and spa. Mouthwash and extra hand wash are provided. Ask for the best view, 1002 has a half pearl tower view from the bathtub.
Very nice hotel, the architecture impressive and beautiful. Breakfast buffet is very good. Hotel gym is the best I seen. Only downside are the room carpets that haven't being cleaned ever I guess.

4 floors of vegetarian goodness. The buffet was good but I think it's not worth it if you're not very hungry. First floor has a self service section and bakery. It also only opens until 9pm..
