Wonderful attractive hotel, centrally located to Nanjing Shopping Street. Pleasant staff, great breakfast buffet and excellent free wifi connection. I will be back!
Very good breakfast spread!
Earlier the better for breakfast. Around 7 am, curry and Indian rice were still there, there were black olives and fresher pastry. Some waiters even could have time to ask you if you want coffee!
Loved the hotel. Great service. Great staff. Great breakfast and great coffee is served there. However, in-room dining is not appealing.

I don't normally like lounge breakfasts, but it is so chaotic downstairs that this lounge is a much better option.

Great place for a late breakfast enjoying the sun, the Croque Madame is a must try with a coffee. Staff is careful and smiling. Prices are reasonable regarding quantity and quality, go and try!

Get a mobile sim and recharge cards at the Business Centre. Breakfast at the Club Lounge and at Le Bistro is not to be missed. This is a wonderful hotel!
The view of the 789 bar on 66th floor is one of the best in town. Ask for Royal club room, there are several benefits, like excellent views, dedicated lounge area for breakfast and meetings.

Great outdoor seats. Sunday special Big Daddy Breakfast comes in 3 eggs, loadsa bacons, beans, wedges, MUSHROOMS, 3 slices of wheat toasts and a sausage, now rmb98. Drinks served in big mugs/jugs
Kommune's everydays breakfast is great, classic and at a nice price (68 yuans) but I'll advice to take the wraps, they are great with a banana coffee smoothie, it's a dream breakfast

Spacious well lit room w/all amenities. Great staff service & good breakfast buffet. Gym has great view. Location so-so w/local flats & little local shops around. Close to Expo.
Wonderful breakfast! Try to ask for a room with river view (unpair numbers) it has a great view of the Hangpu river and the Shanghai skyline

Great location. The Executive Lounge is a great place to have a drink or enjoy breakfast. Very good service. This hotel is a 5 minute walk to the People's Square Metro.

Breaky here is quite nice. Multiple choices of different breaky cuisines and very warmly service! Bacon, omelette and pancake with fresh strawberry and cream are things u cld not afford to miss!

I love this hotel. Obviously since it is 5 star hotel, it is not for all budgets but the rooms are wonderful, the hospitality and courtesy are impeccable and the best thing is the breakfast buffet!

Breakfast buffet choices were good. They even have dark chocolate fountain for donuts and pastries. You have to be early to get good window seats though.
Well, clean and nice but obviously not a good time to come here on a national holiday. Most food was gone at breakfast when we came and we could hear people slamming doors and talking in the morning.
Their breakfast is not very good on national holiday days. It's ok but selection doesn't look 5 star. Service is good though. Waitresses are trying hard. Room 1102 has a smell & makes me cough.

For a deluxe room, a price of RMB700 nett per night stay which include buffet style breakfast, is a very good value. But I won't stay in that area if I don't have to.
Serving breakfast for 227rmb is a shame. Rooms are ok.
