It was a bit empty when we went there on a Sunday. Cocktail quality was great in general but they mixed my Monkey 47 Gin Tonic with Schweppes Tonic water :-(
With oysters flown in from Ireland, France, Australia, the States and more, the menu is very enticing. We tried the Tasmanian oysters paired with a Citadelle Gin and Tonic. We were not disappointed.
