i am from TURKEY the food is great its the same as the best restaurants in turkey thanks to the chef who is originaly famous kebab chain!!!
Turkish tested and loved: Muhammara, hummus, patlıcan ezme, ıspanaklı kaşarlı pide, baklava, irmik helvası & sütlaç. The music is great Turkish music & the chef is from the North of Turkey: Trabzon.
If you want to try the real taste of Turkey in Shanghai, for sure you need to come here. The breakfast is awesome!
They have a nice selection of readymade sandwiches, the best are the turkey or the pastrami. They are served warm with a tasty little (microscopic) side salad.

If you really want to eat Turkish food in Shanghai you should really try Efes Restaurant. All kebabs and döners really like in Turkey. Cold mezes are good and tastw good.
We tried sarma, haydari, Gavurdağı salad, iskender, lahmacun, sütlaç were all good. Complimentary tea and puff bread are yummy too. It is high end and good for a peaceful quiet meal.

The pastrami is high quality and excellent, but the duck is a hidden gem. I'd pass on the turkey and poutine though - stick with pastrami and duck. Needs some cream sodas too!

A very Chinese phenomenon not to miss is 70¥ turkey leg at Treasure Cove's #86 Tortuga Cove. The lines were 2 hours, but avoidable if you bribe a single buyer in front w/ 100¥ (max 2 legs/person).
