Authentic Taiwanese food! I'd highly recommend this place. It can get busy for parking but it's a great area to hang out especially during the weekends when there's outdoor farmers market.

Very hip scene: relatively loud music, bright plasticy decor, chill waitstaff, funky posters & signs, etc. Nothing particularly mind blowing, but definitely skews authentic & spicy. Good to great.

Awesome new Northern Thai restaurant in Silverlake. Order the off menu fried chicken sandwich topped with papaya salad, crispy rice salad, khao soi gai, and Penang curry.
The delicious ice cream macaroon sandwiches are a must try. Also try The Brownie and swap the chocolate+vanilla for whatever flavors you want.

The pork belly is delicious. You can tell that they cooked it a really long time. Chashu Pork Rice is a must! Deep fried gyoza is deep fried to perfection. The crispy spicy tuna is super good!
The #55 was like a Niçoise in a baguette cocoon. So delicious. Highly recommend.

Love the area it's centrally located in. Great, clean and friendly atmosphere and nice quiet patio to relax, work, and just enjoying having a cup to save a pup is the motto. A lot of local events too
