come on fridays and saturdays for the prime rib. mighty mighty excellent. for sides, go with the mash potatoes and steamed asparagus. save some space for desserts. especially the soufflé.
The dessert selection here is the best I've ever seen at any hotel buffet. Try the Belgian waffle, tiramisu and the cakes. Crayfish and smoked white fish are equally awesome
