The black pepper crab is better than the white pepper crab, IMO. Suggest you try the bamboo clams as well. Oh, and of course include a jug or two of Tiger beer
Chilli crab w the mantou can't be beat. Bamboo clams are fresh and good as well.

Give Deep Fried Bamboo Clams a miss. I love century eggs but theirs was a toned-down version that reminded me of sweet & sour pork. Must get: Braised Beancurd with Chinese Cabbage and Bee Hoon.
