Sea Urchin pudding is FRESH, zucchini tombretta is is great for vegetarian friends, iberico pork collar is a pleasant surprise but you MUST try their slow cooked egg w/ chorizo sausage!!
Tasting menu is JUST RIGHT. Superb combinations, refreshing taste. Service is also exactly on point: attentive to details yet not intrusive. Great coffee.

Sat champagne brunch is fantastic.
Love the Chicken Thigh or Salmon. Brown rice, sous vide egg (or two), avocado and zucchini are my go-tos. But most combinations will be excellent.
Brown rice salad with some chicken and assorted veggies is good here. Really healthy options, but nice big portions also.
Order like buying 4D/ Toto. Good protein choices of salmon,chicken,sirloin and turkey. Not enough choices of greens though. Price paid doesn't match the cheap plastic utensils and feel of the place.
Dim sum here is on par with any of top dim sums you can think of. Ambiance here is excellent to give you a comfy feel. Do try out their crispy wasabi-aioli prawns with fresh mango and roe.

The perfect place for Hong Kong style dim sum, a good ambience and apparently decent Chinese opera music (as pointed out by my dining guest).
