Expensive but very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Recommend Club room wich include breakfast, afternoon tea and evening coctails with large variety of snacks.
Ballin' and shotcallin'. Staying in a Club room gets you access to this lounge, with free breakfast, snacks, afternoon tea, a small dinner spread and booze. Tempting not to even go outside.

Probably not the cheapest option, but the private secluded bunk, keycard powered lock, and a comfy bed makes it all up
Excellent hostel. Great value for money and wonderfully close to the MRT and Pagoda St whilst being quiet. Quiet air con and comfy beds in cute private pods with huge lockers makes for good sleeping

In majority, you will only see the "Black" cabs creeping in the Taxi Stands after midnight. Prepare to pay more.

Carlton, seriuosly? No wifi in the rooms (it is 2013), extremely noisy rooms, unfriendly staff, rooms need to be renovated, no towels at the pool!
The pool is under repair until mid-May. Guests get a taxi ride to Grand Copthorne nearby to use their somewhat smaller pool. For compensation ask also free breakfast and wifi - you will get it.
Very nice hotel, located above the shopping mall. Very nice rooms and a decent buffet breakfast too.
Best exit from MRT is exit G , Lobby is on 7th floor.
