The queue is too long!!! Recommend to avoid queueing!!!! Queued 3 hours from 530-830! If you just want to try just take away. Huge mistake to try queueing. Regret!
Serious looking coffee equipment and handsome, helpful baristas in this quiet take away shop. Single origin beans, a deep roast, brewed slowly, made a wonderful coffee with a powerful kick. Yum!

Food tastes good but for takeaways, the food always ends up very wet (not condensation). My wraps and even chicken were dripping with liquid when they were meant to be dry dishes.
Almond sugee loaves & chocolate cherry ones are my favourite takeaway buys. Lemon lust bars, & apple-blueberry crumble tarts are always a delight - & (the now discontinued) Mexican wedding cookies!

Regular koi takeaway counter at the front and a notch up at the side with its clean and more elegant decor. Seating at the restaurant side is only if you order their signature teas.
Perfect Salted Caramel Macarons to die for! Tea choice is very good as well.

Awesome bread loafs for takeaway! Very inventive flavours, not like a normal bakery. Hades, hokkaido cream cheese, Mediterranean Sea Salt, snow cream are a few u shld try. Go crazy w free samples!

Their tiramisu is expensive, but it's so worth it! And you het to keep the jar if you buy it takeaway :) also love the classic dark hot choc.

White chrysanthemum with cacao bits and lychee raspberry are my favourites. Frankly speaking, the other flavors like lemongrass basil and spiced pear are really unique too. Gotta try them all!

Always check your takeaway items before leaving. 90% of the time, they'd forget one or two items from my order. Urgh!
