Big long queues. Sometimes they run out of Unagi before 2pm at lunch. It is very worth the wait. They also do takeaway if you don't want to wait in the queue.
Very limited seating (2 small tables) but great coffee. Take away and have a cake at Grin Affair which is nearby.
Food tastes good but for takeaways, the food always ends up very wet (not condensation). My wraps and even chicken were dripping with liquid when they were meant to be dry dishes.
Now you can enjoy your drinks along with sweet treats such as waffles & bread sticks in this cafe dining concept. The KOI outlet will remain beside KOI PLUS cafe to serve takeaway.
