SCS has some of the best sushi I've had in Chicago. They also make a great martini. Atmosphere might be considered swanky by some, and would be a hit for date night.
The lychee martini is something you need to try! Plus the white dragon roll! YUM!
I highly recommend the Pomegranate Martini, skirt steak w/ bleu cheese and the stuffed mushroom caps.
They booted the $2 section of the happy hour menu but for $3 you can still get great portions and flavor. On Thursdays, mojitos, margs, & vodka martinis are $5. This place is fantastic for after work.
Very affordable if going with a group: get a variety of small plates while waiting for the paellas! And don't forget the Sangria pitchers!

Very intimate place to listen to amazing music! I'm never disappointed. Sitting is very limited but if you show up early you can get good seats.
