GourmetLive: Food blogger Joann of Daily Cup of Jo recommends Katsu-Ya for “Savor the rock shrimp tempura, crispy rice with spicy tuna, baked crab rolls, and seared spicy albacore with crispy onions.”
John Stanforth: Spicy tuna with popcorn shrimp and crispy rice, extra-crispy, are both still amazing. Adding separate popcorn shrimp appetizer was even better. The 4 1/2 roll was good too.
