Ask for a sate sauce, (doesn't come automatically like the sprouts and basil) squeeze in some hoi sin, dip meat and eat. If you love it, you can buy the sate in jars at the counter.
Pho noodle is the best!! Must try.. Their spice satay sauce is perfect to go with the soup.. Yum!

Just make sure you order the rice ball salad and crispy pork belly. Crispy and tender at the same time. I don't know how they do it but it's wonderful!
