The Roasted Brussel Sprout Salad w/ dried blueberries, marrcona almonds, and gruyer was awesome. The Filet w/Gorgenzola mash & the Squid Ink Linguini were both fantastic too.

Veal tenderloin - the best in my life. Spinach FAIL. Cheesecake mmm with maripan in the grham cracker crust kept it super tender. I had the duck which was excellent .... till I had the veal.
